Roman Reigns wrestled a total of twelve matches in WrestleMania and has won nine and lost three. While his first two matches were alongside his Shield brothers, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. Since transitioning to singles competition, Reigns has participated in nine WrestleMania matches. Here is a brief view of Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania journey.
At WrestleMania 29, Roman Reigns made his WrestleMania debut as a part of The Shield with Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose. The Shield faced Big Show, Randy Orton & Sheamus in a Six-Man Tag Team Match and won to mark his debut win at WrestleMania (1-0).
At WrestleMania 30, Roman as part of The Shield faced The New Age Outlaws and Kane in a Six-Man Tag Team Match and won, marking his second WrestleMania win (2-0).
At WrestleMania 31, Roman Reigns challenged Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the show. Where Seth Rollins got inserted into the match by cashing-in his Money in the Bank contract and won the title, marking his first loss in Mania (2-1).
At WrestleMania 32, Roman Reigns challenged Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event and won the title back after a tough fight (3-1).
At WrestleMania 33, Roman Reigns faced ‘The Phenom’ Undertaker in the main event of the show in a No Holds Barred match. Roman defeated Undertaker and became the second wrestler to defeat Undertaker at WrestleMania (4-1).
At WrestleMania 34, Roman Reigns challenged Brock Lesnar in the main event of the show for the WWE Universal Championship and lost (4-2).
At WrestleMania 35, The Big Dog faced Drew McIntyre in a singles match and picked up the win (5-2). At WrestleMania 37, The Head of the Table defended his WWE Universal Championship against Edge and Daniel Bryan in the main event. Where Roman double pinned both Edge & Bryan to retain the title (6-2).
At WrestleMania 38, Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar fought in the main event for the WWE Championship & Universal Championship in a winner takes all match. Roman defeated Brock to retain the Universal Championship and win the WWE Championship (7-2).
At WrestleMania 39, The Tribal Chief defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes in the main event of the show. Roman Reigns retained the title by defeating Cody Rhodes (8-2).
At WrestleMania 40, Roman teamed up with The Rock & defeated Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes on Night 1 to make the record (9-2). On Night 2, Roman defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on the line against Cody Rhodes and lost (9-3).
