Some top stars will miss the event!
WWE is gearing up for another explosive edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event this weekend, live from Salt Lake City, Utah.
The card looks stacked with multiple championship bouts, including Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Title and CM Punk facing Jey Uso for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship. However, not everyone will be part of the action.
Several top stars from both Raw and SmackDown are set to miss the show, even though some of them are heavily featured in ongoing storylines.
With WWE expected to stick to its five-match format, some major names are being left out for storyline and scheduling reasons. Here’s a look at the five biggest stars who won’t appear at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI this weekend.
5. The Vision

Another major surprise is the absence of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, the destructive duo now known as The Vision. Ever since they betrayed Seth Rollins and took control of the faction, the pair have been dominant forces on Monday Night Raw.
Fans expected The Vision to feature in a tag match or a promo segment at Saturday Night’s Main Event, especially after the recent vignettes teasing a possible new member.
However, it seems WWE has decided to rest the group this weekend. With Seth Rollins out of the picture, Breakker and Reed may be kept off TV to build anticipation for their next move, possibly involving a returning powerhouse.
4. IYO SKY

IYO SKY, one of Raw’s premier women’s division stars, has been conspicuously absent from TV for two weeks. Before her disappearance, she was entangled in a heated feud with Asuka and Kairi Sane of the Kabuki Warriors. However, that storyline has seemingly been paused for now.
The Genius of the Sky has been a consistent performer for WWE and rarely misses major events. Her absence this weekend likely indicates that WWE is saving her next major angle for Survivor Series or the post-event Raw. Still, her missing SNME is a noticeable gap on an otherwise loaded show.

3. Stephanie Vaquer

Current Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer will also miss Saturday’s show. Despite holding one of the brand’s top titles, Vaquer hasn’t been booked in a significant singles feud since winning the belt.
Instead, she’s been loosely tied to a tag storyline involving Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez, which hasn’t gained much traction. Fans expected Vaquer to defend her title or appear in a high-profile match, possibly teaming with Nikki Bella, but WWE appears to be saving her next major defense for Survivor Series.
2. Rhea Ripley

At the top of the list is none other than Rhea Ripley, who remains sidelined following her brutal attack by the Kabuki Warriors on the October 13 edition of Raw. The Eradicator’s absence has left a massive void in the women’s division.
Ripley’s ongoing recovery means fans will have to wait a bit longer to see her back in action. Before her injury, she was at the center of multiple feuds and was rumored to headline Survivor Series.
While she won’t appear at SNME, her return could come at a pivotal moment heading into one of WWE’s biggest shows of the year.

1. LA Knight

Perhaps one of the most frustrating absences is LA Knight. The Megastar was rumored to be a key part of the card after nearly earning a World Heavyweight Title opportunity on Raw. However, following his loss in the Battle Royal, WWE has not inserted him into any major storyline.
Knight’s charisma and connection with fans make him one of the most over talents in the company, yet his stop-start booking continues to baffle audiences. His exclusion from SNME might indicate creative plans being reshuffled for his next big feud heading into the year-end stretch.
When and where will the November 1 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event take place?
The upcoming November 1 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event is set to emanate from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Has Seth Rollins vacated the title?
During the opening moments of the October 20 show of Raw, GM Adam Pearce revealed that Rollins was undergoing major surgery and then stripped him of the World Heavyweight Championship. Jey Uso and CM Punk are now set to battle for the vacant title in Utah.
