WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event 2025 favourites are here!
WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event returns this weekend with one of the most stacked cards of the year, and the betting odds already give us a good sense of who might be leaving Salt Lake City as champions. From Cody Rhodes’ continued dominance to CM Punk’s latest pursuit of gold, the show promises a mix of chaos, drama, and championship shake-ups.
According to Betfair, Cody Rhodes remains the frontrunner to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre. Their feud has intensified since Wrestlepalooza, but the odds still heavily favor “The American Nightmare.”
Fans, however, are growing restless with WWE’s repeated booking of McIntyre as the nearly man, always close to glory, but never quite there. A loss here could send “The Scottish Warrior” spiraling into a darker storyline heading into the winter stretch.
Meanwhile, CM Punk is the favorite to capture the vacant World Heavyweight Championship against Jey Uso. Their rivalry took another personal turn on Raw this week, with Punk mocking Uso as “Little Roman,” a jab that has clearly struck a nerve.
Jey Uso has been embracing a more ruthless edge, taking cues from his former Tribal Chief, but oddsmakers believe Punk’s experience and cunning give him the edge in what’s expected to be a heated, emotional encounter.
Over in the women’s division, Jade Cargill leads the odds to dethrone Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Championship.
Jade Cargill’s shocking heel turn on SmackDown last week, where she attacked Stratton mid-promo, marked a new chapter in her WWE career. The former AEW star’s new aggressive attitude could be the difference-maker as she looks to claim her first title since joining the company.

Dominik Mysterio’s mess on WWE Raw leads to a triple-threat IC title showdown

Beyond the title favorites, all eyes are also on the Intercontinental Championship, where “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio will defend against Rusev and Penta in a triple-threat match. What started as a No. 1 Contender’s bout on Raw this week between Rusev and Penta descended into complete anarchy.
The match ended abruptly when Los Americanos interfered, attacking both men and causing a disqualification. Backstage segments later revealed that Mysterio, abandoned by Finn Balor and JD McDonagh after last week’s fallout in Judgment Day, made a desperate phone call for help, and Los Americanos answered.
However, Raw GM Adam Pearce wasn’t buying Mysterio’s innocent act. He immediately announced that both Rusev and Penta would get their shot at the champion this weekend, turning the situation into a combustible triple-threat title match.
The decision has only fueled speculation that Mysterio’s title reign could be nearing its end, especially with whispers of a John Cena vs Dominik Mysterio clash at Survivor Series next month.
