The third edition of SNME in 2025 will emanate from Utah!

WWE will travel to Salt Lake City, Utah, next month to deliver the July edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event. This will be the fourth edition of SNME in 2025, the show last emanated in July from Atlanta, Georgia, and featured Goldberg’s retirement match.

The fourth edition of WWE SNME in 2025 is set to emanate live from the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The show will be followed by Survivor Series: WarGames, which will be the final main roster PLE of 2025. The show will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock in the United States and on YouTube in most international markets.

After suffering a shoulder injury during his Crown Jewel title match against Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins was betrayed and kicked out of the Vision by Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman on the October 13 show of Raw.

During the opening moments of the October 20 show of Raw, GM Adam Pearce revealed that Rollins was undergoing major surgery and then stripped him of the World Heavyweight Championship. Perace then announced that while CM Punk is the number one contender for the title, the show will feature a Battle Royal to find his opponent.

In the main event of the show, Jey Uso outlasted everyone to win the Battle Royal and secure his spot against Punk for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship at the upcoming edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Jey is aiming to reclaim the title he lost in a rematch against Gunther, while Punk is determined to erase the memory of his brief SummerSlam title reign, which was cut short when Rollins made his return. Rollins revealed that his knee injury was fake and cashed in his MITB contract, ending Punk’s reign in just moments.

In the aftermath of the October 17 SmackDown main event title match between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre, which ended in disqualification after a lengthy brawl and a short match, GM Nick Aldis has now announced a rematch between the two. Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE title against McIntyre in Salt Lake City on November 1.

Following the vicious attack by Jade Cargill on Tiffany Stratton during the October 24 show of SmackDown, the promotion later in the show announced a rematch between the two. Stratton is set to defend the Women’s title next month in Utah.

During the October 27 episode of Monday Night Raw, Penta and Rusev battled in a number one contenders’ match for the Intercontinental title. However, the match ended in double disqualification as Los Americanos (El Grande, Rayo & Bravo Americano) attacked.

Irked by the situation, GM Adam Pearce knew who the mastermind was behind the attack. Pearce confronted Dominik Mysterio backstage and informed him that he will now have to defend the IC title in a triple-threat match against Rusev and Penta this Saturday.
