The road to SNME continues to heat up on Monday Night Raw.

WWE will take over the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada for the August 24 edition of WWE Raw this Monday. Notably, the show will have a special start time than usual. This Monday’s show will begin at 6 PM ET, as WWE will pre-tape an episode of SmackDown after the show.
A contract signing between Bron Breakker and Oba Femi is announced for the show, and so is a singles clash between Stephanie Vaquer and Roxanne Perez. Additionally, the semi-finals of the World Heavyweight Title #1 Contender’s Tournament will also take place on the Red Brand.

4. World Heavyweight Title #1 Contender’s Tournament
The ongoing tournament to decide the challenger for Roman Reigns on the September 14 edition of Raw in Mexico City will continue this Monday after the conclusion of the first-round matches. The show in Ottawa will feature the semi-final of the tournament.
Penta will face La Parka in the first semifinal, while Dragon Lee is set to go up against Rey Fenix in the other. The two semifinal winners will meet in the final, with the eventual winner earning a shot at Roman Reigns and the World Championship.

3. Stephanie Vaquer vs Roxanne Perez
On the other hand, Stephanie Vaquer will make her in-ring return in a singles match against Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez. The match was announced after a vicious attack by the faction on Vaquer.
Notably, Becky Lynch was also involved in the brawl last week, and all signs point to the Judgment Day interfering in the match, which likely means The Man getting involved again. WWE has been teasing a three-way feud between Vaquer, Becky, and Liv Morgan for the Women’s World title, and this matchup could further add to the storyline and build toward a potential three-way clash.
2. Oba Femi-Bron Breakker contract signing
Last week, a match between Oba Femi and Bron Breakker was announced for the upcoming September 6 edition of Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta. Before their highly anticipated showdown, the two stars will put pen to paper in a contract signing for their SNME showdown this Monday.
The segment is expected to be a chaotic one between the two heavy-hitters, and with visible tensions between Breakker and Paul Heyman, many are even predicting Heyman betraying Breakker to align with Femi. Fans will have to wait to see how the feud unfolds and who emerges on top.
1. Solo Sikoa’s defiance
The closing moments of last week’s show saw Solo Sikoa defy Roman Reigns, refusing to join the Bloodline and spike LA Knight. Instead, Solo teamed up with Knight to take down Reigns and the Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso).
While Roman Reigns’ schedule does not include this week’s show, the Bloodline still holds the numbers game with Jacob Fatu, who did not aid in the brawl once Reigns asked him not to attack Knight. The Usos will likely confront Fatu, who stood in the ring but did not aid his family. Additionally, they might even target Solo and Knight in Ottawa.
