Wrestling fans are highly anticipating the 11/15 episode of SmackDown
This week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown will be aired live from the Fiserv Forum Arena in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. Tonight’s episode of the Blue brand will see many top stars appearing as WWE approaches the WWE Survivor Series 2024 PLE.
The Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 is scheduled for November 30, 2024, in the Rogers Arena, Vancouver, Canada. The Stamford-based promotion is building storylines that will culminate at the last PLE of 2024.
Ahead of tonight’s episode of SmackDown, let us take a look at five storylines that might take shape tonight which will culminate at the upcoming PLE.
5. Nia Jax title defense
WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax is scheduled to defend her title against Naomi on tonight’s episode of the Blue brand. Jax recently attacked Belair, Cargill, Morgan, and Raquel during their match on this week’s episode of the Red brand.
This attack might also be used to set up the traditional Raw vs SmackDown WarGames match for the upcoming PLE. Jax’s title defense might also be interfered with by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez who might look for revenge after Jax and Stratton attacked them.

4. Miss MITB, Tiffany Stratton
The friendship between WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax and 2024 MITB winner Tiffany Stratton has seen some rift following Tiffany’s win at MITB. Stratton has been teasing to cash in her contract which gives her the chance to fight for the title anytime.
She has even tried to cash in her contract against Jax, there is a chance that she might look to cash in her contract against her friend on tonight’s episode where Jax is defending her title against Naomi.
3. MCMG vs Street profits
Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) is scheduled to defend their tag title against the team of Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins (Street Profits). MCMG won the tag titles recently against the Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa).
The result of the match has significant outcomes as a loss can cause a rift between the Street Profits, and might lead to their split. On the other hand, Tommaso Ciampa of the #DIY faction is also irked that the Street Profits got the title shot instead of the #DIY.
Ciampa believed that his team was much more deserving of the title shot, this might lead Ciampa to interfere in the match or possibly attack the tag champs as he feels disrespected.

2. Women’s US title match announcement
For the first time in the promotion’s history, WWE has introduced the United States Championship for the women’s division. The new title was announced last week on SmackDown by the General Manager Nick Aldis.
Aldis stated that the title would not be given but the title would be earned by whoever was ready to go above and beyond. Ahead of the upcoming PLE, there might be an announcement of a battle royal or a tournament to decide the two candidates.
The stars who will advance to the finals will probably square against each other at the Survivor Series PLE to win the inaugural Women’s United States Title.
1. Bloodline match fifth member
The OG Bloodline which consists of Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and Jimmy Uso will take on Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline which consists of Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa.
The Bloodline saga will continue as the OG faction looks to avenge their loss at the Crown Jewel PLE in Saudi Arabia. However, ahead of the clash, it was revealed that the match would be a five-on-five clash instead of four vs four as earlier announced.
The two factions are now looking to recruit the fifth member for the battle at WarGames in Vancouver. The fifth member of the two factions will probably be revealed on tonight’s show of SmackDown as it will help in the buildup for the clash at Survivor Series.
