The King & Queen of the Ring Tournament will kick off tonight!
Tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw is set to air live from the PHX Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, and will feature the aftermath of the 2025 Money in the Bank. The episode will serve as the fallout show from the PLE, which concluded on June 7.
The promotion has announced multiple matches and segments for the show, including a World Heavyweight title clash where Jey Uso will defend the title against Gunther. The King & Queen of the Ring Tournament will also begin on the show.
2025 Mr. Money in the Bank, Seth Rollins and the current Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena are also set to appear on the show. Here are the top five storylines that you need to watch out for on the fallout show of WWE Raw in Phoenix, Arizona.
5. Rusev – Sheamus
On the May 26 show, Rusev not only easily took care of Akira Tozawa by putting him to sleep, but he also refused to let go of the accolade until Sheamus made his way into the ring to aid Tozawa as Rusev released him from his grip, and the two stars locked eyes in a spine-tingling face-off, hinting at what’s to come. While the storyline was put on hold due to the Money in the Bank PLE, it will now likely resume tonight.

4. Money in the Bank aftermath
As mentioned, the episode will serve as the fallout show from Money in the Bank 2025, which concluded on Saturday, June 7th, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Seth Rollins bagged the men’s MITB ladder match while Naomi emerged as the 2025 Ms. Money in the Bank.
Becky Lynch defeated Lyra Valkyria to become the new Women’s IC Champion, while Dominik Mysterio defeated Octagon Jr. to retain the IC title. The main event of the show saw R-Truth’s return, who attacked John Cena as Cody Rhodes capitalized, pinning Cena to pick up the win in the main event alongside Jey Uso, defeating Cena and Logan Paul.
3. Becky Lynch – Lyra Valkyria
Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch met once again in a rematch from Backlash, last Saturday at the Intuit Dome, the Women’s Intercontinental title was on the line for the clash. Similar to their Backlash match, the two stars started exchanging rolls-ups; however, this time around, Becky got the best of it as she grabbed Lyra by her tights for the pin to become the new Champion.
After the match, as promised, Lynch asked Lyra to raise her hand high, declaring her the winner. Valkyria followed through initially and acknowledged the gesture, but Becky pushed her for more, which irked Lyra, who laid out the new Champion delivering a German suoplex followed by the Nightwing.

2. King & Queen of the Ring Tournament
As announced by Raw and SmackDown General Managers, the 2025 King and Queen of the Ring Tournament will kick off this week, starting with tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Gunther and Nia Jax were last year’s King and Queen of the Ring. It will be interesting to see who emerges on top, especially with multiple new additions to the women’s roster.
1. Mr. Money in the Bank 2025
Seth Rollins called in back-up when he was having trouble in the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match last week, while chaos ensued when Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker arrived, Rollins captured the briefcase when the dust settled to become Mr. Money in the Bank.
It would be interesting to see what his next step is, especially since he has openly expressed his desire to capture the World title in order to ‘secure’ the industry’s future. World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso is set to defend the title against Gunther tonight, and Rollins will likely keep a close eye on the match.
