The Vision will kick off the final broadcast of Raw in 2025.
After a year of iconic moments and the historic transition from broadcast television to Netflix, Monday Night Raw is all set to close out 2025 in style with a stacked show. The final show of the Red brand in 2025 is to emanate live from the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida.
General Manager Adam Pearce has announced an intriguing line-up where two World titles will be contested, and Austin Theory will battle Rey Mysterio in singles action. Additionally, the Vision faction is set to kick off the broadcast.
Ahead of this week’s show in Orlando, let us take a look at the top four storylines that will be in play on this week’s WWE Raw.
4. World Tag Team titles

The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso), following their dominant win against The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston), are set to challenge AJ Styles and Dragon Lee for the World Tag Team titles.
The tag team of Styles and Lee is likely not a long-term creative direction, as Styles is also set to retire in 2026. On the other hand, The Usos’ resume and the promotion’s trust in them speak volumes. Whatever the outcome, fans are in for an incredible night as the four in-ring magicians deliver a must-see performance.

3. Can Becky retaliate?
Women’s Intercontinental Champion Maxxine Dupri is set to defend the title in a rematch against Becky Lynch on the first Raw of 2026. Notably, despite her veteran status, Lynch has been on the receiving end of losses, as Dupri has capitalized on Lynch’s overconfidence and humiliated the multi-time World Champion.
During her return last week, Lynch landed the first blow, but Dupri quickly turned the tables, forcing Lynch to tap out once again to the Ankle Lock. Heading into the rematch, it will be interesting to see whether Lynch can generate sustained offense, regain momentum, and weaken the champion before their encounter.
2. Stephanie Vaquer’s title defense

Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer is set to defend the title in a triple-threat match against two familiar contenders in Nikki Bella and Raquel Rodriguez. The match features multiple ongoing storylines, including the feud between Vaquer and Nikki, after their fallout, as well as Rodriguez’s intentions to capture the World title.
However, one of the most intriguing storylines that might come into play during the match is the rift between Rodriguez and Liv Morgan. A possible misunderstanding like last week, which resulted in Raquel losing the title, might deepen the rift. Nikki Bella, looking to capture the title before she hangs up her wrestling boots, is another intriguing storyline that fans should keep an eye on.
1. CM Punk vs Bron Breakker

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk is set to defend the title against Bron Breakker on the upcoming January 5 episode of Raw. The match was set up after Breakker pinned Punk in the men’s WarGames match. The deck has been stacked against Punk, with Bronson Reed, Paul Heyman, and now Austin Theory by his side.
Breakker also flatlined Punk last week with a spear to end the show, and with the Vision kicking off the broadcast, we might see a promo battle between the two, or fans might even witness a brawl to kick things off on the last show of 2025.
