Two MITB qualifying matches are set for tonight’s show!

Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown will air live from Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. The episode will serve as the fallout show from the May 24 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event and will continue to build towards the Money in the Bank 2205.

Multiple stars are set to return to the Blue brand tonight, including Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Cody Rhodes. Two Money in the Bank qualifying matches are set for the show, where the fifth participants will be decided for both the men’s and women’s ladder matches.

Here are the top five storylines to keep a close eye on during the May 30 edition of SmackDown in Konxville tonight.

5. Wyatt Sicks vs everyone

During the final moments of the show where Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) defended the WWE Tag Team titles against Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom).

However, the match ended in disqualification as Waytt Sicks (Uncle Howdy (Bo Dallas), Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis, Nikki Cross & Joe Gacy) made their return and took out everyone, including MCMG and DIY, who were brawling ringside.

It would be interesting to see who their next target is tonight and if they decide to go after the Tag Champions upon their return last week.

4. Bianca Belair returns

Bianca Belair not only suffered her first WrestleMania loss at the 41st edition last month but also suffered a broken finger during the match. Belair was absent from WWE programming apart from a brief appearance backstage on the fallout show of SmackDown.

However, she is now set to make her return tonight as she looks to return to her home and take care of the unfinished business on the Blue brand.

3. Jacob Fatu – Solo Sikoa

The rift between Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu began forming following Sikoa’s loss against Roman Reigns. However, the issues between the two were somewhat resolved, but have since resurfaced following the debut of JC Mateo.

While Fatu and Mateo managed to put their issues aside to defeat Rey Fenix and Jimmy Uso on last week’s show with help from Sikoa, tensions likely still linger beneath the surface and could resurface at any moment.

2. MITB Qualifiers

As mentioned, two qualifiers for the Money in the Bank ladder match were stars who will battle to secure the fifth spot in the men’s and women’s MITB ladder match.

Andrade, Jacob Fatu, and Carmelo Hayes will battle in the men’s Qualifying triple-threat match, while Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, and Naomi will battle in the women’s MITB ladder match to join Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Rhea Ripley, and Giulia.

1. John Cena & Cody Rhodes under one roof

John Cena and Cody Rhodes will make an appearance on tonight’s show. Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena is set to team up with Logan Paul to battle the team of Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso. The two stars already have an ongoing storyline with the title, but they will likely hype up the tag team clash ahead of the PLE.

Who will advance in the two announced Money in the Bank qualifying matches? Who will Wyatt Sicks target next? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments section.
