Roman Reigns will defend his title for the fifth time at Money in the Bank.
‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Penta in a historic, PLE-caliber episode of WWE Monday Night Raw live from Mexico City on September 14, 2026. But the champion received another challenge on the same night as LA Knight confronted him and hit him with BFT.
Roman Reigns confirmed the match for Money in the Bank PLE. Apart from the Men’s title match, WWE Money in the Bank 2026 is set to deliver a high-stakes night, including ladder-match chaos on Saturday, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Bron Breakker, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, Penta, CM Punk and Kevin Owens will battle for the briefcase. The winner earns a championship opportunity at any time of their choosing within the next year.
As for the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, the qualified wrestlers include Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Jacy Jayne, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend and Tiffany Stratton. The winner will earn a contract for a future Women’s Championship opportunity.
Apart from these matches, there will be a triple threat match for the Women’s World Championship, which will see champion Stephanie Vaquer defending her title against Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan.
On the other end, Oba Femi will face Bronson Reed and end Vision’s constant nagging. Two powerful heavyweights collide in a singles match, adding another hard-hitting contest to the New Orleans card.
