Shinsuke Nakamura will battle Tama Tonga for the first time ever.
Following the Royal Rumble last week, WWE is back in the United States on the Road to WrestleMania as they gear up for Elimination Chamber 2025. The February 6 episode of SmackDown will serve as the fallout show from the first PLE of the year.
The fallout show of Friday Night SmackDown will take place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. The episode is expected to cover the significant developments, laying the groundwork for fresh feuds while also revisiting the notable debuts and returns from last week in Riyadh.
Multiple big names, including Cody Rhodes, Tiffany Stratton, Randy Orton, and Jade Cargill, are currently being advertised for the show.
After winning the 2026 women’s Royal Rumble match, Liv Morgan made an appearance on this week’s fallout show of Raw, stating that she is exploring her options and will make an appearance on this week’s Blue brand show before picking her opponent for WrestleMania 42.
Additionally, Shinsuke Nakamura and Tama Tonga will battle in a singles match for the first time ever in WWE and for the second time in their career. The clash was set up following another backstage segment between the two, where Tonga mocked Nakamura losing to AJ Styles at SNME last month.
