Superstars who must win at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024

A must win situation has been created for certain WWE superstars at their next PLE, Bash in Berlin.
Following the success of WWE’s recent Premium Live Event, SummerSlam, the global juggernaut are ready for the next one in Germany, for its next big event, Bash in Berlin. The event will take place on Saturday, August 31, at the Uber Arena, that will also be proceeded by an edition of SmackDown the night before.
So, far, four matches have been announced for the card that are expected to tear down the house in Berlin, with a must win situation created for these four WWE superstars who are scheduled to compete at the event:
4. Dominik Mysterio & Liv Morgan
The new alliance of Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan have been the talk of the town on RAW, ever since Dominik betrayed his Mami, Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam. Dom and Liv are now scheduled to battle Rhea and her terror twin, Damian Priest in a mixed tag team match.
With this being there first showing as an onscreen couple, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio need to emerge victorious to keep the momentum going en route to becoming the new power couple of WWE.

3. CM Punk
CM Punk is set to collide once again, with his arch-rival, Drew McIntyre at Bash in Berlin, in a Strap match. The rematch was set after Punk’s loss at SummerSlam and the rivalry taking shape further. With McIntyre scoring the win, Punk needs to win this encounter to even the score and set the tone for their third and final encounter at WWE’s PLE after Bash in Berlin, Bad Blood.

2. Cody Rhodes
Cody Rhodes has been riding the wave of momentum as the Undisputed WWE Champion with Kevin Owens as his next opponent at Bash in Berlin. Looking at his impressive run so far, Rhodes needs to topple a hard-hitting opponent like Owens to keep the ball rolling on his first World title reign and quest to become the next poster boy of WWE.
1. Gunther
Gunther won his first-ever World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, however, he was immediately confronted by Randy Orton over his controversial win at WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE. To remove the stain on his illustrious resume and build more credibility as a World Champion, Gunther needs to defeat a legend like Randy Orton. This win would solidify his place as a main event level star on the RAW roster and keep the momentum going moving forward.
