Top five surprises that could be in store for WWE Raw (October 07, 2024)

The 10/7 episode of WWE Raw could be filled with surprises!

WWE is all set to host the October 07, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw live from the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. It is the Bad Blood fall-out episode of Raw and will kick-start the two-hour version of the show.

WWE also has booked some of the interesting matches and segments for the show involving some of the big stars in the roster. Ahead of this week’s episode of Raw, here we take a look at the top five surprises that could be in store for this week’s show.

5. The Miz aligns with Karrion Kross

Last week, The Miz attacked R-Truth in the middle of the match and left the ring. While Miz turned on Truth, Karrion Kross, who was in the ringside, was extremely happy that Miz turned heel. Kross previously had backstage talks with Kross in the prior weeks, and it could be a part of the plan. At this stage, Miz could align with Karrion Kross this week, entering the dark faction.

4. Xavier Woods turns heel

Xavier Woods has been teasing a big heel turn week after week but hasn’t turned heel full-phase. At this stage, Woods could turn heel this week.  Woods is set to face Jey Uso for the IC title next week, with Kofi Kingston ringside However an accidental interference from Kofi causing his match, could result in Woods turning heel officially.

3. Seth Rollins’s in-ring return

Seth Rollins is announced to make his return this week on Raw, after attacking Reed last week to screw his last-man standing match. Rollins could have his in-ring return this week against Reed, marking his first singles match on Raw in almost six months.

2. Alexa Bliss return

There have been big rumors and speculation about the Wyatt Sicks video vignette on Alexa Bliss’ return. During the closing frame in the vignette, a woman got featured in the video, which most of the WWE fans believe to be Alexa Bliss. At this stage, Bliss could make her WWE return this week, as a member of Wyatt Sicks, surprising the fans.

1. Sami Zayn wins world title

Gunther had a long hesitation to accept Sami Zayn’s challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship. Last week on Raw, they had a heated conversation, where both yelled at each other and Gunther attacked Sami with the powerbomb and accepted the challenge. The match is officially announced for this week. This is a WrestleMania 40 rematch, which carries huge anticipation. At this stage, Sami Zayn could repeat the history, by dethroning Gunther once again to win the world title, shocking the WWE Universe.
