Tonight’s episode of SmackDown carries huge anticipation!

Tonight’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown is set to emanate from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. The show will feature the return of the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, along with a Women’s Gauntlet match with the winner earning a shot at the Women’s Tag Team titles.

The show will also feature storylines and feuds hyping up the announced clashes at WrestleMania 41 PLE. Additionally, following his debut win against Nathan Frazer, Rey Fenix is now set to battle Berto in a singles match tonight.

Ahead of tonight’s show which is set to emanate from the Climate Pledge Arena, let’s take a look at the top five surprises that could be in store for fans.

4. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria win

Among the six teams set to battle in the Women’s Gauntlet match for the number one contender spot for the WWE Women’s Championship, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria will likely emrge victorious in the match as the two have a history with current tag champs Liv Morgan and Rauqel Rodriguez.

The promotion has also hinted at a brewing feud between the two teams in multiple segments and a WrestleMania 41 clash might be the culimation of the feud.

3. Rey Fenix wins

Similar to his brother Penta, Rey Fenix had an incredible debut, which was capped off with a win over one-half of the NXT Tag Team Champion Nathan Frazer. Fenix is now set to battle Legado Del Fanstama’s Berto, Rey will likely continue his upward trajectory and win the match, which would also further the storyline between Legado Del Fanstama, where the promotion has hinted at a rift between the members.

2. Charlotte Flair ambushes Tiffany Stratton

On last week’s show, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair engaged in a fiery segment, which quickly went off the rails as both stars started trading personal jabs.

The segemnt ended as Stratton mentioned Flair’s recent divorce and rolled out of the ring as Flair tried to fired back asking why Ludwig Kaiser is in her DM’s? Flair might ambush Startton for the ‘0-3’insensitive’ comments making the fued even more personal.

1. An all out brawl

Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest are set to go face-to-face on this week’s show, GM Nick Aldis has already made the match between the two official for WrestleMania 41. The segemnt is more than likely will end in chaos as McIntyre is not someone who forgets such vicious attacks while Priest is not someone who back down.
