Tonight’s episode of SmackDown will emanate from Washington, D.C.

The 02/14 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will emanate live from the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, USA. The show will continue building toward the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE as two qualifying matches will further shape the match next month.

Multiple stars are slated for the show in Washington, D.C including WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair, Jacob Fatu, Nia Jax, Braun Strowman, Naomi, and many more.

Ahead of tonight’s show in the Capital One Arena, let us take a look at the top four surprises that could be in store for WWE fans.

4. Street Profits targets Pretty Deadly

Kit Wilson and Elton Prince (Pretty Deadly) last week defeated the WWE Tag Champion DIY (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano), they are now the #1 contenders for the titles as was the stipulation for the match set by General Manager Adam Pearce.

However, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins (Street Profits) have already voiced their frustration and warned the entire tag team division, and Pretty Deadly getting the title shot will likely irk them. Ford and Dawkins interfered in the title match between DIY and MCMG at the Royal Rumble PLE and will likely target Wilson and Prince on tonight’s show making their intentions for the title clear.

3. Charlotte Flair interferes

WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton is set to defend the title for the second time against the woman she defeated to become the champion, Nia Jax. The rematch from their first unplanned meeting on the 01/03 show is an interesting scenario due to the presence of Charlotte Flair.

The 2025 women’s Royal Rumble winner hasn’t made her pick yet but was intrigued by the title defense on this week’s show. Flair will likely interfere in some way during the match just to play mind with Stratton she might also help Stratton to win the match just to irk the champion.

2. Jacob Fatu & Chelsea Green qualify

Two qualifying matches are set for the show where Noami and Women’s US Champion Chelsea Green will collide in the women’s Chamber Qualifying match. While in the men’s Chamber Qualifying match features a colossal triple threat match featuring Braun Strowman, Jacob Fatu, and Damian Priest.

Green’s Security Chief Piper Niven will most likely interfere in the match to help Chelsea win and exact her revenge on Naomi’s tag partner Bianca Belair who defeated her last week. In the triple threat match, three giant Heavyweights are set to collide, and while Priest and Strowman have a fighting chance, Fatu is riding a huge momentum and will likely win the match tonight.

1. Solo Sikoa demands a title shot

Solo Sikoa made a surprising return in last week’s show during the concluding moments and attacked the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes who teamed up with Jey Uso and defeated the team of Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga.

This was the first time Sikoa showed signs of the ruthlessness he is known for after suffering defeat against Roman Reigns in the Raw Netflix debut show. As reports suggest the end of the Bloodline storyline, Sikoa will likely kick off his singles run and the attack was just the beginning as he will likely demand a title shot at the upcoming PLE tonight.

How excited are you for the triple-threat qualifying match between the three titans? How will Cody Rhodes react to a new opponent and the unprovoked attack? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments section.
