‘The Demon’ Finn Balor’s WWE return teased on 5/20 Raw

“The Demon’s” return might make The Judgement Day stronger

Finn Balor is one of the most talented Irish professional wrestlers who is known for his great in-ring skills, athleticism and charismatic persona. Balor has been in WWE for almost a decade and is one of the most underrated wrestlers in the company. He is a ten-time champion in WWE and is the seventeenth Grand Slam Champion of the company. The Prince is currently a member of the Judgment Day faction and is having a great run as a heel.

On the May 20, 2024 episode of WWE Raw, Finn Balor teamed up with JD McDonagh and went on to face The Miz and R-Truth for the World Tag Team Championship, but failed to recapture the titles. However, this was not the only talking point on Balor on Raw. Fans noted that WWE has teased the return of ‘The Demon’ Finn Balor persona on the latest episode of Raw.

‘The Demon’ Finn Balor return tease

On the recent episode of Raw, during the backstage segment of Judgment Day, before Finn Balor and JD McDonagh’s Tag Team Championship match, Demon Finn Balor’s artifact was spotted in the Judgment Day locker room along with a number of other items in the display.

It caught the eyes of WWE Fans and there started a rumor that WWE has been hinting at Finn Balor’s Alter Ego and Demon Balor’s return. Remember, Balor before turning heel and joining Judgment Day, he was better known for his babyface run and for his Alter Ego, ‘Demon King’. It would be exciting to see Finn Balor wrestle with the Demon persona again.

The last time Balor appeared with the Demon Persona was way back at WrestleMania 39 Night 2, when he faced the Judgment Day founder, Edge, in a Hell in a Cell Match, where Demon Balor lost the match to Edge. Demon Balor has lost only two matches in the main roster under the gimmick, where the first loss was against Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules 2021.
