The Rock made his return to WWE at Raw Day 1 and has been showing up too often on the weekly shows, especially T Friday Night on SmackDown. Rock was initially planned to face Roman Reigns, however Cody’s decision made a plot twist, as The Great One turned heel and joined The Bloodline.

Rock picked up the feud with Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes, aligning with Roman Reigns, which eventually got turned into a Tag Team match at the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night 1, with stipulations that decided Night 2 main event between Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

As a part of building the storyline, The Rock has been consistent with the weekly shows and has been bringing sold old events on the row to the blue brand. His current schedule on the SmackDown brand came to an end last week, and most wondered if they could see Rock again on the weekly shows. However, WWE has confirmed Rock’s next appearance and this time in the Raw brand.

The Rock will be on the April 1 episode of Raw

On the March 18, 2024 episode of Raw, WWE officially announced that The Rock will be making his return to Monday Night Raw on April 1, 2024 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The Rock confirmed it on X posting a video of his return writing that the Final boss will electrify Raw and shared a cryptic message saying “One night only”

The Rock on X wrote,

“THE FINAL BOSS WILL ELECTRIFY BROOKLYN ON MONDAY NIGHT RAW

Now sit back, shut your mouths and ENJOY THE RIDE THE ROCK IS TAKING ALL YOUR CANDY ASSES ON”

ONE NIGHT ONLY #BROOKLYN #RAW #TheROCK @wwe @TKOGrp”

Just moments before the announcement, Cody Rhodes took major shots on Rock live in front of the live crowd in North Carolina, addressing Rock’s concert on SmackDown last week. The Great One is not booked for this week’s SmackDown, where Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns go face to face, without the involvement of The Bloodline, as Paul Heyman said.

The Rock’s return to Raw at Brooklyn will be his first appearance in the red brand after his heel turn. It would be interesting to see what The Final Boss will be bringing to the table on Raw, where Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins are also expected to be in the same arena.
