The Rock reacts to major WWE rumor on PG Guidelines

The Rock is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, who is currently working on WWE and is the TKO board member. The Great One has returned to television after a long time and has been dropping major promos on television and online. The People’s Champ was initially teased for feuding with Roman Reigns, however after a number of twists and turns got aligned with Roman & joined The Bloodline to turn heel. 

The Final Boss is now feuding against Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins and will take on them at Night 1 of WrestleMania 40 teaming up with Roman Reigns.

To elevate the storyline, Rock has been appearing on television on a regular basis and cutting some of the great promos and segments on television and on his social media. Although the promos are highly entertaining, most of his aggressive words go in the censor cut. Earlier this week a report on the memo was reported, however The Great One reacted to the reported rumors on his social media.

The PG Guidelines rumors

SE Scoops previously reported that WWE higher-ups had sent a memo a few weeks ago to The Rock, reminding him about the PG guidelines on television and social media. It was reported that The Rock has been using a lot of F words online and on television. It was said that Rock got the pass, however others were not allowed to curse, making it a double standard move.

Following that, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer also reported the same writing,

“TKO would like the Rock to follow (and set a good example) its guidelines of TV-PG products. However, many feel the double standards of the Vince McMahon Era are back.”

The Rock has reacted to the rumors and said, “This story is complete horsesh*t”.

This seems like The Rock will continue to curse people online and on television and The Final boss is not bound by the rules. Rock’s cursing words often go censored, however Rocky being cocky is full of fun, entertainment and best suited for his heel gimmick.

The Rock’s next appearance in WWE is on the April 1, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw in Brooklyn, New York. It is the last Raw before WrestleMania 40, where Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes are also advertised.
