The Rock made a shocking return at the 2024 Bad Blood PLE!

The Rock had one of the greatest returns of his career, earlier this year on the road to WrestleMania 40. During his run, Rock teamed up with Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins in a tag team match at WrestleMania 40 Night 1, where Rock pinned Cody to secure the win for The Bloodline.

In the Night 2 main event, The Final Boss tried to help Roman, however, Cody Rhodes managed to dethrone Roman to become the Undisputed WWE Champion.

The Final Boss then went on a long hiatus but promised that he would return anytime in the future for Cody. As most of them wondered when Rock would be returning to WWE, the Final Boss made a surprise appearance at WWE Bad Blood, interfering with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes’ celebration in the final moments of the show. At this stage, Rock sends a warning shot to Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes following WWE’s return

The Rock’s message to Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes

The Rock on Twitter posted the video of his WWE return at the 2024 Bad Blood PLE and reacted to it with quotes saying that the show isn’t over until the Final Boss says it’s over. Rock said that there is no business like this and there is no connection with people better than this. Rock felt the Mana and hinted that he would be coming down the road.

“The show ain’t over, until the Final Boss says it’s over. There’s no business like show business, and there’s no connection stronger and more electrifying than that of the people and the people’s champ. You can FEEL the MANA. FINAL BOSS. ENGAGED. See ya down the road.”

When the Rock attacked Cody Rhodes in the parking lot on the road to WrestleMania 40, he said the same quote, using his Board of Directors power and the quote being reused suggests that Rock is still holding the Final Boss gimmick as a heel.

As Rock made his return, the SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis addressed him ahead of this week’s SmackDown, however ain’t speak about his appearance for this week’s show, as he only announced the return of the ‘OTC’ Tribal Chief and not The Rock. It is unknown when the Final boss will show up next. However, we will post if there is any update on his return this week.

What are your thoughts on The Rock’s reaction to his own return? Are you excited to see the FInal Boss back on WWE TV again? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
