The Deadman’s legendary status could end with his daughter starting her own legacy

The Undertaker is from a generation that pioneered the phenomenon of multi-generational wrestlers. Throughout the New Generation and Attitude Era, Taker shared a locker room with the kids of former wrestlers, such as Rocky Johnson’s son Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Stu Hart’s son Bret “The Hitman” Hart.

Decades later, multi-generational wrestlers are the norm. WWE’s major roster includes WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Bron Breakker, Dominik Mysterio, Tama Tonga, and many other wrestlers who grew up in the company. If a WWE couple’s kid continues to follow in her parent’s footsteps, she may be the next to join the second-generation ranks.

The Undertaker’s 11 Year Old wants to join the wrestling business like her dad

The Deadman’s family may not have had their final trip in the squared circle. The Undertaker, a WWE Hall of Famer, stated to Chris Van Vliet on Insight that his daughter with Michelle McCool aspires to be a wrestler. “My daughter, my 11-year-old, she points (leg slaps) out. She’s all about the business,” Taker said. “[She] wants to get in the business.”

Undertaker’s WWE career lasted three decades. He wrestled nearly entirely for WWE at that period, becoming one of the company’s most well-known personalities. Taker rose to prominence at WWE WrestleMania, where he was unbeaten for more than two decades.

Taker’s last stretch of his career was beset by ailments, limiting him to competing once or twice a year. While Taker was scheduled to retire at WWE WrestleMania 33 in 2017, he wrestled for three more years in quest of one final big win.

McCool competed in the ring full-time for seven years. She was a pioneer of the WWE Divas division in the late 2000s, earning the first WWE Divas Championship and a Slammy Award for Diva of the Year in 2010. McCool retired from wrestling in 2011, but she has returned to compete in the Women’s Royal Rumble on three times.

“If her heart is in it and she puts in the work, I’ll support her,” Taker said of his daughter’s squared circle aspirations. “She’s a tremendous athlete. [She currently plays] flag football. That’s the fastest-growing women’s sport right now.” The Undertaker and McCool have two children together: daughter Kaia Faith and son Kolt.
