The former Divas Champion made her WWE return last week!

After multiple teases, reports, and speculations, former Divas Champion AJ Lee made her WWE return after ten long years. Lee made her return during the September 5 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, which aired live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Lee returned to aid her husband, CM Punk, in his feud with Seth Rollins and his wife & Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch. Lee got the payback on behalf of Punk, slapping Becky out of the ring in her return.

The former Divas Champion is now set to appear on tonight’s Monday Night Raw. Let us now take a look at the top three things she can do tonight in her return to the Red brand.

3. Roxanne Perez callout

Roxanne Perez has openly expressed that AJ Lee was a huge inspiration and has affectionately referred to AJ as “mom,” after taking out Punk with the Pop Rox during a WWE Live Event in Manchester. While Lee supported the move, even calling Perez her daughter, this affection might die down if they come face to face and the competitors inside them take centre stage.

Lyra Valkyria was set to battle one member of the Judgment Day, and GM Adam Pearce has announced that she will battle Raquel Rodriguez, which might open the door for Perez to kick off a feud with one of her idols.

2. Confront Seth Rollins

Becky Lynch interfered and took out CM Punk to aid Seth Rollins in retaining the World Heavyweight title at Clash in Paris. What followed was a fiery promo from Lynch mocking and humiliating Punk, even slapping him.

Lee has already avenged the slap by sending Lynch rolling out of the ring, but she may now turn her attention to Rollins, the man who has relentlessly sabotaged Punk’s chances at winning the title time and time again. Rollins might suffer the same humiliation that Lynch handed to Punk in Lee’s absence last week.

1. Announced a clash at Wrestlepalooza

According to a report, Lee’s appearance is expected to set the stage for a rumored mixed tag match featuring her and her husband, CM Punk, against Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch at the upcoming Wrestlepalooza, which will take place on September 20 in Indianapolis..

The former Divas Champion will likely cut a promo announcing the match and likely involving in a brawl alongside Punk to hype up the clash.
