Roman Reigns is all set to appear on the 9/20 episode of WWE SmackDown

On the September 13, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown, Roman Reigns made his WWE return to save Cody Rhodes, when the American Nightmare got attacked by The Bloodline inside the steel cage, after his successful title defense against Solo Sikoa.

During the brawl, Roman & Cody had each other’s back and took Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa with their finishers, but Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu escaped backstage.

Following that Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu issued a challenge for Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes for a tag team match at Bad Blood 2024.

Although Roman & Cody hesitated to team with each other, they somehow signed the contract to make the match official for the PLE.

After the big night, Roman is also confirmed for this week’s SmackDown. So here we take a look at the top three things the Original Tribal Chief could do on this week’s show.

3. Brawl with the Bloodline

As Roman Reigns is announced for this week’s show, Solo Sikoa might try to attack him with the help of Bloodline, with the focus on not letting Roman enter the Bad Blood PLE with 100% body condition. Roman could be targeted by the Bloodline and Cody Rhodes could make the save with the steel chair or any other ringside weapons. Roman & Cody standing tall against the Bloodline could make them believe that they need each other to tackle the number games.

2. Focus on the Undisputed WWE title

Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes will try to explain why they signed their contract for the match. They could eventually pick up an argument and make it clear that they are not done with each other.

Roman could say that he will be coming for Cody after taking down Solo Sikoa. Backstage reports suggest that Roman could be working for Crown Jewel PLE, and there is a chance for Cody vs Roman 3.0.

1. Add major stipulation for the Bad Blood match

Roman Reigns could add more stipulation to the tag team match asking Solo Sikoa to put his Ula Fala on the line. At the same time, Solo could ask Cody Rhodes to put his Undisputed WWE title on the line in return.

Cody Rhodes could be involved in an argument saying this will be the last title shot and they could finally agree to have a winner-takes-all match. This could add more stakes to the match, as everyone’s desire could be fulfilled in a single match.
