Multiple matches have already been announced for the PLE
The 41st edition of WrestleMania is scheduled to take place over two nights on April 19 and 20, 2025. The massive event will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, USA. This is the second WrestleMania to take place in the Las Vegas area.
The promotion has announced multiple matches including title clashes, triple-threat matches, and singles action. The Undisputed WWE title, the World Heavyweight title, the Women’s World title, the WWE Women’s title, and the United States title are on the line.
Here we will take a look at some matches that can be added to the WrestleMania card, as storylines and feuds build up on the road to the grandest stage.
Matches that can be added to WrestleMania 41 card
- Chelsea Green (c) vs Zelina Vega – Women’s United States Championship match
- Street Profits (c) vs Motor City Machine Guns – WWE Tag Team Championship match
- Bron Breakker (c) vs Penta vs Finn Balor – Intercontinental Championship match
- Damian Priest vs Drew McIntyre
- Rey Mysterio vs El Grande Americano
Chelsea Green (c) vs Zelina Vega – Women’s United States Championship match
It is a travesty that the Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green is not set for any match at the grandest stage and so the first match in this list is Green defending the US title against Zelina Vega at the PLE. The promotion has already teased the clash multiple times and Vega came very close to defeating Piper Niven which would have given her a shot, but WWE should definitely book the match for Mania.

Street Profits (c) vs Motor City Machine Guns – WWE Tag Team Championship match
The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) defeated DIY (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) on the 04/04 episode of Friday Night SmackDown to become the number one contender for the WWE Tag Team Championship which is currently held by the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).
The promotion should announce a match between the two teams as it would not only provide a much-needed spotlight to the Tag title, but it would also give the veterans MCMG a chance to showcase their ability at the grandest stage.
Bron Breakker (c) vs Penta vs Finn Balor – Intercontinental Championship match
There have already been reports of a four-way title shot between Bron Breakker, Penta, Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio and while Dirty Dom has refused to deny interfering with Balor’s Intercontinental title hopes in an interview with us, the promotion still can make a triple-threat match between Breakker, Penta and Balor for the PLE, and given the storyline between them it would be a great clash.
Damian Priest vs Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest have been feuding in recent times and the violent attack last week by Priest which caused an eye injury to McIntyre. The two stars are set to come face to face next week and given the fiery promos this week, it will likely end in a physical altercation. Priest has already hinted at a clash at the WrestleMania PLE and the promotion will likely announce it after the confrontation next week.
Rey Mysterio vs El Grande Americano
LWO’s Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee have already been having issues with Chad Gable who then took a sabbatical to master the arts of luchadors. While Gable returned a similar person of his stature returned who attacked Mysterio and was introduced as El Grande Americano, who also defeated Lee and pulled off his mask.
Something which angered the lucha community in Mexico, Mysterio who has been the face of lucha libre in the WWE for decades should challenge Americano for a clash at the grandest stage to avenge the disrespect and reveal who he is behind the mask, if it Chad Gable or someone else.
