Triple H confirms timeline for 2024 WWE Draft

WWE is one of the biggest professional wrestling promotions, which has produced some of the best professional wrestling shows. The company has been currently running two main roster shows and one secondary wrestling show. Since the company got merged with Endeavor, a number of bold decisions have been made to make the company reach the global market.

Previously WWE made a big decision by moving SmackDown from Fox to USA, NXT from USA to The CW Network and Raw from USA to Netflix. The company also has brought Twitter exclusive show “WWE Speed” to catch new prospects. As every show is moved to different platforms, Triple H was asked about switching superstars to other brands, To which The King confirms WWE Draft occurrence.

Triple H confirms WWE Draft 2024

WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H recently appeared for an interview on Logan Paul’s ImPaulsive podcast, where he was asked about switching the WWE Superstars to different brands after Raw goes to Netflix. To which The King said that he will definitely do that in the traditional way of WWE Draft. Triple H added that it would be back in a month or two.

Triple H says,

“Do you think I could move from SmackDown to Raw when Raw goes to Netflix? I’m sure we’ll see people float all over places. There’s a thing called, in a month or so, there is a thing called the Draft. That’s when you can switch around and make moves.”

Last year the 2023 WWE Draft took place one month after WrestleMania, and the drafts came into act after WWE Backlash pay-per-view. A lot of NXT stars were called for the main roster debut and a number of important decisions were made, where brand exclusive championships were made, the restrictions of superstars came into effect, only the tag team champions were given access, separate General Managers were appointed and more. It would be interesting to see what WWE has in mind for this year’s WWE Draft.
