Zilla Fatu on WWE or AEW?
Zila Fatu recently appeared for an interview with Joey Franchise on WiLD 94.1, where Fatu was asked about where he wants to go WWE or AEW. To which Fatu without any hesitation replied “WWE” ” saying that his family has a long history with WWE and doesn’t want to break the cycle, by being the first Anoa’i to join AEW.
He said, “WWE, uce. That’s the main one. Like I said, back to what I was saying with my family, my family got a long history with WWE. So at the same time, I don’t want to be the first Fatu or Anoaʻi to go to AEW. I don’t want to break that cycle.”
Zilla Fatu continued saying that it does make sense, as all their family member’s journeys are different. He says that he is on the other side of the table than other family members in WWE.
“But it just gotta make sense because everybody’s journey is different. My journey’s different. My story’s way different from Solo’s, from The Usos’, from Roman and Jacob. So my story, I got a whole nother chapter. I’m sitting on a whole nother side of the table.”
In the same interview, Fatu was asked about how he feels to be the real-life Bloodline member. To which Zilla Fatu said that he is so happy and blessed to be a part of the legendary family thanking his ancestors and other Anoa’i family members who are in WWE including Jacob Fatu. He further commented that he is in the Indies and has no rush to get into WWE.
“I’m just so happy and blessed to be a part of this. I’m coming up too. Like I said, I’m on the indies, but I’m not in no rush.”
