The semi-finals of the tournament concluded on WWE Raw in Ottawa.
The August 24 edition of WWE Raw concluded at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. The show featured the semi-finals of the World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament, with winners from the first round battling to secure a spot in the finals.
In the first match of the show, Rey Fenix defeated Dragon Lee, while Penta defeated La Parka in the second match to secure his spot in the finals.
The two brothers will now collide in the final of the tournament to decide who will challenge Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight title at the September 14 edition of Raw in Mexico City.

The winner of the tournament final between Rey Fenix and Penta will get the chance to challenge Reigns for the World Heavyweight title in Mexico City. The two brothers will have to fight each other to get the massive opportunity in front of their home crowd.
WWE returns to Mexico for the first time in 15 years with a stacked card
The September 14 edition of WWE Raw is set to air live from the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico, and will feature the marquee match for the World Heavyweight title, among other matches and segments.
For the first time in 15 years, WWE will return to Mexico with its weekly shows. SmackDown will emanate live from Arena CDMX in Mexico City on September 11, 2026, with Monday Night Raw following at the same venue on September 14.
The shows will take place during TripleMania 34 weekend, with the event scheduled for Arena CDMX on September 13, while Night 1 will be held at the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on September 11.
Apart from the World title match, Lola Vice’s main roster debut is also confirmed for the show. Vice has been absent from WWE TV since losing the NXT title rematch in the NXT Underground match.
