Becky Lynch appeared in a recent WWE Raw on Netflix promo video
The seven-time WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch made a surprising appearance in a recent promotional video for the upcoming Monday Night Raw debut on Netflix. The promo video was aired during the streaming service’s coverage of the NFL Christmas Gameday.
In addition to Lynch, the video featured Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, ‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Bayley, Gunther, and more.
The Man’s involvement has sparked a wave of excitement and anticipation among the pro wrestling fandom. Here we take a look at three ways her return will transform the women’s division.
3. New Championship contender
As mentioned earlier, Lynch is a seven-time (two WWE Championships, five Women’s World Championships, and one NXT Championship). She is also the sixth Women’s Grand Slam champion in WWE history.
With such a distinct resume she will be in direct title contention upon her return. Apart from her resume, The Man’s fifth title reign as the Women’s World Champion was shattered by Liv Morgan at the King And Queen Of The Ring 2024 PLE.
Lynch might set her sights on revenge and a record-breaking sixth title reign, gunning for Morgan’s championship upon her return.

2. New storylines and rivalries
Earlier rumors suggested that Lynch might move away from her iconic “The Man” persona to explore new opportunities within the promotion. This shift aligns with her goals of revitalizing her career and creating a new bond with her fans.
This shift wouldn’t only mean a new persona but also a new storyline and feuds that will inject new excitement into the division. Becky can also reignite her past feuds and conflicts upon her return.
1. A major boost to the women’s division
Becky Lynch is among the biggest names in the women’s division and her return can help create more interest among fans for the division. The return of the seven-time champion will also create the opportunity for newcomers to get their chance to shine.
Lynch has a proven track record of elevating her peers and newcomers, having previously shared the ring with rising stars like Tiffany Stratton and Lyra Valkyria, helping to catapult them into the spotlight.
With Charlotte Flair and Asuka also sidelined, Lynch’s return can help fill the power vacuum in the Women’s Division, bringing much-needed star power and depth to the roster.
