With Roman Reigns’ return we might see The Bloodline getting their own branded shoes
Roman Reigns has returned with his whole essence. The Tribal Chief made a dramatic entrance at the end of the SummerSlam main event, leaving a lasting impression on millions of hearts. Since Reigns left the ring after WrestleMania 40, the roster, particularly the Bloodline, has not been the same.
Solo Sikoa assumed the mantle and launched a wave of horror. From defeating Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman to enlisting fiery members like Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu, he tried the patience of many in WWE. The Big Dog, looking over everything from his drawing room, made his presence known to reclaim what was rightfully his.
While The Bloodline narrative took another turn inside the ring, the faction’s reputation improved once a contract with Nike was revealed.
Roman Reigns’ love of comfy and trendy sneakers is well-known. As he returns in his boots, Nike could release the next iteration of Reigns Bloodline-branded Air Jordan sneakers in 2025 as part of a new contract.
According to Calum Marsh of GQ, Reigns wore the limited-edition Air Jordan 1 Retro Low x Trophy Room last weekend during his big comeback night. It was a brief but wonderful complement to his otherwise flawless section. Reigns has yet to return as a Tribal Chief. He only showed the world a glimpse of what he could achieve.
With Paul Heyman turning to Twitter to repost WWE’s announcement of Reigns’ official blue brand debut next week, we should expect a full-fledged OG Bloodline comeback, with Reigns expected to bash cousin Sikoa and the other outsider forces. Regardless, the Head of the Table’s feet shall be properly ornamented.
Reigns has stated that when he returned after overcoming his fight with Leukemia in 2021, the Jordan Air Sneakers were his ultimate confidence booster. He felt more like Joe (actual name) than the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. “In so many ways, I felt so much confidence. So much gratitude at that moment. It was special and I can get into but it would probably take way too long to explain all the emotions, that’s why you saw me the way I was. That’s why I was wearing Jordans,” he explained.
The Big Dog also kept his abandoned cousins, The Usos, right next to him in terms of owning the most incredible shoe collection in the family tree. It’ll be interesting to see if Reigns and The Usos lace on their boots at the same time, kicking off the much-anticipated civil war in the coming weeks.
