The Great One will be back in-ring action at WrestleMania XL
The Rock made his return to WWE at Raw Day 1 and has been showing up too often on the weekly shows, especially T Friday Night on SmackDown. Rock was initially planned to face Roman Reigns, however Cody’s decision made a plot twist, as The Great One turned heel by slapping Cody on the face and joined The Bloodline.
Rock is currently in a feud with Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins and will be facing them in a Tag Team match teaming up with Roman Reigns on WrestleMania Night 1, which decides the stipulation for Cody vs Roman match on Night 2.
Last week the match was made official and the show ended with Cody Rhodes slapping Rock on the face. The Great One is scheduled for this week’s SmackDown and he sends a four word message ahead of the show.
The Rock’s message ahead of SmackDown
Rock on his Instagram story posted a picture of him coming to SmackDown this week (March 15, 2024) at Memphis and wrote, ““Flex Kavana” comes home!”

As many will wonder what Flex Kavana mean? It is the ring name of The Rock, when he started his pro-wrestling career in 1996 at Jerry Lawler’s United States Wrestling Association, which is primarily located in Memphis, Tennessee. The Rock recalled his past history with Memphis with his former ring name, Flex Kavana.
Will The Rock appear on SmackDown this week?
The Rock’s appearance on this week’s episode of SmackDown will be his last appearance on the blue brand as per his current schedule.
However there is no information, on whether The Rock would be extending his appearance on SmackDown or would be appearing on Raw or would directly appear on WrestleMania 40.
