What’s next for Becky Lynch after title lost at WWE King and Queen of the ring 2024?

Becky Lynch is known to be one of the most remarkable WWE superstars of this generation. However, “The Man” suffered a major setback at the recent WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE. A timely interference from Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio, who was supposedly helping Becky in the match, led to Liv Morgan capitalizing on the spot and planting Lynch with an Oblivion on a steel chair to snatch her WWE Women’s World Championship.

With The Man no longer the holder of the top prize for women on Monday Night RAW, here are the possible directions for Becky Lynch moving forward:

5. Title Rematch

Right after Becky Lynch lost her title to Liv Morgan, she was spotted being aggravated in the backstage area and revealed to WWE correspondent Byron Saxton that she was coming for a rematch on Monday. This could set up a series of matches against the new champion Liv Morgan to reclaim her title while setting up a long-term feud with Morgan.

4. Irish Alliance

WWE could choose to explore a new direction for Becky Lynch that could also witness the rise of a top prospect who came from NXT to RAW in the WWE Draft, her fellow Irishwoman, Lyra Valkyria. Citing their commonality, past history and already showing signs of alliance on RAW, Lyra and Becky could form a new tag team and begin a pursuit of the WWE Women’s tag team titles.

3. Feud with Damage CTRL

Ever since Damage CTRL came to Monday Night RAW as part of the WWE Draft, they have been very open in making it evident that Becky Lynch was their prime target. With The Man no longer having championship responsibilities, she could embroil in a feud with the faction alongside Lyra Valkyria to elevate some competition in the women’s tag team division.

2. Money in the Bank

In her attempt to regain the WWE Women’s World Championship, Becky Lynch could explore a different route in two months at the WWE Money in the Bank PLE. Lynch could eye the prestigious briefcase that she has never won in the past and unhook it at the namesake event in Canada to earn a guaranteed championship match at her time and place of choosing.

As mentioned, it was Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio whose perceived miscommunication cost Becky Lynch her championship at the WWE King and Queen of the Ring PLE. This could be revealed as a ruse and the master plan of both Dominik and Liv, who have been linked to developing some relationships for weeks. The mystery could be exposed after a few weeks and begin Lynch’s rivalry with both Morgan and Dominik to exact revenge and her Women’s World championship.
