John Cena had some good sneakers on this week
WWE Raw After WrestleMania 41 was wild, emotional, and full of surprises—but let’s be real, fans couldn’t stop talking about those sneakers John Cena wore when he hit the ring.
After winning his record-breaking 17th World Championship at WWE WrestleMania with help from none other than Travis Scott, John Cena showed up on Raw rocking heat on his feet: the unreleased Jordan CJ1 T-Rexx “Bright Cactus.”
John Cena is now firmly the face of the WWE Championship again, demanding an apology from the crowd during his promo, a classic heel move. But fans were busy trying to catch a glimpse of his sneakers. These weren’t just any shoes.
John Cena had laced up the same pair Travis Scott wore to the ring at WrestleMania Night Two during Cody Rhodes’ championship defense: the Jordan CJ1 T-Rexx “Bright Cactus,” Scott’s first signature sneaker with Jordan Brand. These kicks are the real deal.
They feature a “Muslin/Black/Bright Cactus” colorway, blending off-white leather with vibrant green canvas on the toe, tongue, and side panels, complete with that iconic reversed Swoosh.
A bold mid-foot strap and the “Jack” branding on the outsole, which fades over time, make this sneaker a standout. Nike even says it’s built for the “raging rigors” of Travis’ lifestyle. Cena clearly approved.
And get this: the CJ1 T-Rexx is dropping April 30 for $200. It’ll be available via travisscott.com, SNKRS, and select Jordan Brand retailers, including sizes for preschool and toddlers. So yeah, start lining up.
Back in the ring, though, things got heated fast. Just as Cena was basking in his big moment, Randy Orton slid in and outta nowhereand delivered a picture-perfect RKO. The Viper then held Cena’s newly-won title high over his head, sending a loud message: he’s not done yet.
Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes was nowhere to be seen. Still reeling from the shocking loss, The American Nightmare skipped Raw entirely, and WWE even quietly pulled the plug on his title recognition. Brutal.
With Cena on his farewell tour and Orton lurking, the road ahead looks explosive. But for now, Cena’s not just the 17-time champ, he’s the champ who pulled up in Travis Scott’s unreleased grails. That’s a flex if we’ve ever seen one.
