Danhausen recently made his WWE debut!
WWE delivered one of the most unusual debuts of the year at WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 when Danhausen finally appeared inside a mysterious coffin-like crate.
As the box opened, eight dancers in eerie face paint emerged to his theme music before “The Very Nice, Very Evil” star stepped out to a roaring crowd.
Among those dancers was someone especially close to him, his wife, Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière. Shortly after the show, Duchesse de Rière shared a backstage video on Instagram capturing the moment before the debut.
The clip featured the eight dancers and Danhausen standing in a circle and pointing at one another, recreating the classic Spider-Man pointing meme.
In the caption, she wrote that the “cat was finally out of the bag,” referring to Danhausen’s long-awaited WWE debut.
Who is Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière?
Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière is the professional stage name of Canadian burlesque performer Lauren Jiles. Known internationally for her theatrical performances and elaborate stage presentations, she has built a respected career in the burlesque world.
Jiles married Danhausen in 2018 and the couple have frequently supported one another’s creative pursuits. Danhausen later confirmed that his wife was part of the entrance group that walked him to the ring at Elimination Chamber.
The wrestler thanked her publicly for “everything and leading the ghoulhausens,” referencing the group of dancers who accompanied him during the debut.
In her Instagram message, Duchesse de Rière also reflected on the journey that brought them to that moment.
She wrote that watching her husband pour his “heart and soul” into his wrestling career for the past eight years had been incredible. She also called working alongside him in WWE a “dream come true.”
Family life and WWE debut moment
Beyond their creative collaboration, the couple share a growing family. Danhausen is the stepfather to Jiles’ daughter, and in July 2025 the couple welcomed a son together.
The Elimination Chamber appearance therefore, represented both a professional milestone and a personal celebration.
Duchesse de Rière also thanked Triple H and WWE’s hair, makeup and costume teams for helping bring the unique entrance to life.
She concluded the post by expressing gratitude to the “Ghoulhousens,” the seven other dancers who participated in the performance.
Danhausen’s WWE run quickly continued the following week.On WWE Raw, he confronted Dominik Mysterio backstage and famously cursed him after the Judgment Day member mocked him.
Within an hour, Dominik lost the Intercontinental Championship to Penta, giving Danhausen’s “curse” instant credibility. For Duchesse de Rière, the moment symbolized years of dedication finally paying off. And if the early signs are any indication, the “Very Nice, Very Evil” era in WWE is only just beginning.
