WWE will deliver the second edition of its all-women’s PLE on July 13!
WWE is gearing up to bring back the all-women’s Premium Live Event, Evolution. The second edition of the all-women’s show is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
The 2025 edition will be the first Evolution as well as the first all-women’s PLE to stream both on Netflix and Peacock. The show will feature stars from the Raw and SmackDown brands, along with those from the developmental brand NXT.
Becky Lynch will defend the Women’s IC title in a triple-threat match

Among the multiple matches scheduled for the show, Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch is set to defend the title in a triple-threat match against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. The match was announced ahead of this week’s WWE Raw by General Manager Adam Pearce.
While Lynch took offense to the announcement given, Lyra and Bayley’s number one contenders match last week ended in a double pin, the match is going ahead as announced. The three women are looking to put a beating on each other and walk out of the PLE with the title.

The three women feature the most compelling storyline on the Evolution card
Among the matches announced for the show, only two matches, namely the no-holds-barred match between Naomi and Jade Cargill and the Women’s IC title match, have a good storyline that is compelling for fans. The rest of the card simply didn’t have enough time to build storylines, while the three women have been involved in this storyline since WrestleMania 41.
Additionally, Lynch’s clash with Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair for the Raw and SmackDown women’s title at WrestleMania 35 was the first-ever women’s main event match in WrestleMania history, while Bayley not only has a plethora of experience under her belt but is among the ‘four horsewomen of WWE‘.
On the other hand, Lyra Valkyria, despite her lack of experience, has delivered good matches and a compelling feud; she is also improving on the mic. The three women also have good chemistry between them and have delivered thrilling matches in the past.
The match also has gotten the most screentime among others and deserves to headline the show to deliver a memorable match for the fans.
