Why LA Knight should win US title from Logan Paul?: WWE

Here we list out a few reasons why LA Knight should dethrone Logan Paul as the US Champion.

Logan Paul is the current United States Champion, who won the title from Rey Mysterio at the 2023 Crown Jewel PLE in Saudi Arabia. Paul has been carrying the title since then. However, he has defended the title only two times. First against Kevin Owens at Royal Rumble 2024 and the next time against Kevin Owens & Randy Orton at WrestleMania XL. Logan hasn’t found the right opponent for his title since then.

However, in the recent editions of SmackDown, LA Knight has been teased to be his next opponent for the title & Knight himself has revealed that he has set his sights on the US title. So here are some reasons why Knight should win the US title from Logan Paul.

LA Knight deserves a title

LA Knight has transformed into one of the biggest stars in WWE since last year. He got attention from the fans and that has made him push his limits to share the ring with some of the top stars and being part of big matches.

Knight had his pursuit against some of the big wins, but came out short due to the outside interference or by cheap strategy of his opponents. Knight deserves to be a champion for what he has done last year and the United States Championship could be the perfect title to begin his championship reign.

Logan Paul has held the title for so long

Logan Paul has been the United States Champion for more than 200 days, and he is the longest-reigning champion of the current roster. Logan, however, holding the title for so long, hasn’t defended the title much, making the mid-card less competitive. In order to make the title more competitive and more relevant, he should drop the title to LA Knight.

Logan Paul is a part timer

Logan has been a part-time champion and shows up very rarely. Paul doesn’t usually wrestle in the weekly shows and won’t often defend the title on the line. Usually the mid-card titles will be defended too often in the weekly shows, similar to how Sami Zayn defends his Intercontinental title.

Knight should win the title from Logan and bring back the open challenge for the US title in the weekly shows to make it the full-time championship title again.
