LA Knight could be off WWE TV for the upcoming weeks.
LA Knight’s brutal beatdown from this week’s WWE Raw has quickly become one of the most talked-about moments in the company. The show closed with the Megastar being demolished in a series of coordinated attacks, leaving fans wondering whether this was WWE’s way of writing him off television.
The main event pitted Knight against United States Champion Logan Paul, a rivalry already defined by controversy. But what unfolded was far more severe than a standard interference finish, signaling that WWE may be temporarily removing Knight from programming.
LA Knight’s loss followed his recent defeat to Gunther in the Last Time Is Now tournament finals, making this second consecutive setback feel like a turning point in storyline direction.
The Vision took out LA Knight

During the closing moments of the match, chaos spilled around the ring when Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, both aligned with Paul, inserted themselves into the action. As the referee tried to eject them, a masked man, believed by many to be Austin Theory, entered the ring and attacked Knight.
The masked figure delivered a devastating curb stomp onto the announce desk, leaving Knight unable to defend himself. Logan Paul capitalized immediately, hitting a frog splash inside the ring for the victory.
What followed was a complete dismantling of Knight. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker returned to the ring, with Breakker delivering a spear and Reed hitting two crushing Tsunami Splashes.
Backstage carnage and a clear write-off
The beatdown didn’t end in the arena. Backstage cameras caught LA Knight barely managing to stand before Paul, Reed, and Breakker ambushed him again. The assault moved to the parking lot, where Knight was thrown into equipment, slammed into a vehicle, and left writhing on the ground.
In the segment’s most vicious moment, Bronson Reed climbed onto a car roof and launched himself off with a massive Tsunami Splash onto Knight. General Manager Adam Pearce urgently called for medical help as Raw went off the air, strongly implying a storyline injury.
The real purpose of the segment appears to be clear: WWE is writing LA Knight off TV temporarily. Whether for a brief reset, storyline rebuild, or to set up a major return, the Megastar’s absence seems intentional and carefully orchestrated. Earlier in the night, Knight admitted that “things have not been going [his] way,” foreshadowing the dramatic fallout to come.
Is LA Knight legitimately injured?
At this time, all signs point to a storyline injury used to write him off TV.
