WWEwill be hosting the 2024 King & Queen of the Ring PLE this weekend on May 25, 2024 at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. WWE will also be hosting SmackDown a day before the PLE to set the final hype and a number of events are also scheduled around the venue. WWE Superstars have already arrived at Jeddah and are having a fun time there. WWE also hosted a Pre-Show Press Conference upon arrival and addressed the Saudi Arabia fans.
As WWE has come to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, fans has been wondering if they could see CM Punk appear for the King and Queen of the Ring PLE. Now a recent backstage report revealed his status for the Saudi show.
CM Punk status for King and Queen of the Ring PLE
PWInsider reported that CM Punk is not expected to fly to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for WWE SmackDown & King And Queen Of The Ring 2024 PLE this week. It is reported that The Best in the World is scheduled to be in the MMA commentary for the Cage Fury Fighting Championships show this Friday in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

“CM Punk will be doing announcing this Friday for Cage Fury Fighting Championships, which is broadcasting from the 2300 Arena in Philly. Obviously, Punk has wrestled in that building before!”
CM Punk has been working with Cage Fury Fighting since 2018, and will be the part this week in the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, which is the former ECW Arena and where Punk started his wrestling career back in 2002 for 3PW.
It seems like Punk won’t be in the panel for, Countdown to King of the Ring 2024 pre-show, which will be streaming from WWE’s headquarters an hour before the PLE. On the other hand, the WWE Superstars arrived in Saudi Arabia for the SmackDown and King and Queen of the Ring PLE.
CM Punk last appeared on the April 7, 2024 episode of Raw, where he arrived on the stadium after Drew McIntyre left the arena, to play the cat and mouse game, cutting one of the best promos inside the ring. Punk’s next appearance on WWE TV hasn’t been revealed yet, but he is expected to be in the upcoming episodes of Raw. Will you be missing CM Punk for King and Queen of the Ring PLE?
