CM Punk will kick off the 12/2 episode of Raw
‘The Second City Saint’ CM Punk is scheduled to kick off the 12/2 episode of Monday Night Raw which will be aired live from the Angel of the Winds Arena, Everett, Washington, U.S.A.
The 12/2 episode of the Red brand is the fallout show from Survivor Series PLE. The final PLE of 2024 delivered five matches as promised with high-flying and jaw-dropping moves including two WarGames clashes and three title matches.
Punk teamed up with Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Sami Zayn to take on Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline in the WarGames clash at the PLE. Bronson Reed was the fifth member of Sikoa‘s faction.
Punk and his team picked up the win as they decimated the rogue faction, claiming victory in the main event of Survivor Series 2024.

CM Punk wants to fight for WWE gold again
The Second City Saint made his WWE return after almost a decade of absence during the 2023 edition of Survivor Series WarGames. Shortly after his return, he stated his intentions to win the Royal Rumble and challenge Seth Rollins for the Heavyweight crown.
However, Punk lost the match and was injured during the match which forced him out of action as he missed WrestleMania 40. The Second City Saint was then involved in an iconic feud against Drew McIntyre.
The rivalry between the two stars has become one of the best feuds of this year as well as WWE history. Following his victory against McIntyre at Bash in Berlin 2024, Punk reiterated his intentions to fight for the title.
The Second City Saint has also stated that he doesn’t have a long time left to compete at the top echelon of the WWE. Punk has his sights on championship gold and hopes to fulfill his dream of main-eventing WrestleMania before he ends his illustrious career.
Following his victory at Bash in Berlin, Punk began pursuing his goal, which led to him challenging Gunther on the September 2 episode of the Red brand. However, before he could focus on Gunther, Drew McIntyre ambushed him, reigniting their intense feud.
The former multi-time champion will likely not waste any time since his return recently before the Survivor Series PLE. There is the possibility of Punk calling out Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship and ending his career capturing the Heavyweight title for the third time.
However, there is a possibility that the Second City Saint might get involved in a feud with Seth Rollins as the two have deep hatred for each other and have feuded in the past.
