Will John Cena & The Rock appear on WWE SmackDown tonight (March 07, 2025)?

The 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena turned heel and attacked Cody Rhodes.
The second and final PLE on the road to WrestleMania is done as WWE reached Toronto to present the Elimination Chamber fall-out show of Friday Night SmackDown. The 07/03 episode of the Blue brand is set to emanate from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
A street fight is announced for the show, where Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green will battle Michin. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is also set to respond to the betrayal and attack by John Cena at the Chamber PLE.

The show will also feature developments from the Chamber P.L.E., including the unofficial match, as well as the return of Jade Cargill and Randy Orton, as both stars will appear on tonight’s show following their returns.
However, fans are still not over the fact that the 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena turned heel and aligned with The Rock. Ahead of the show, fans are curious if both the stars will appear on tonight’s show.

No, John Cena and The Rock will not appear on tonight’s show after the Elimination Chamber PLE. During the post-match press conference on March 1, The Rock revealed that Cena has flown in directly from Budapest, where he has been shooting his movie and will now be travelling to Africa, however, he did not disclose the reason for the trip.
John Cena will make an appearance on the March 17 episode of Monday Night Raw
Despite turning heel for the first time in his long and illustrious career, Cena will be absent from the coming two weeks of Raw and SmackDown. Cena is scheduled to appear on the 17th March episode of Raw in Brussels, Belgium. He will appear on the three successive shows of SmackDown and Raw during the European tour.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is also advertised for the show by the promotion. Fans can now eagerly wait for the next chapter in this feud as the storyline between Rhodes and Cena unfolds ahead of the WrestleMania PLE.
