Will the Bloodline cost Jey Uso his IC title on WWE Raw next week?

Jey Uso is all set to defend his title against Bron Breakker

During Monday Night Raw this week, WWE announced that ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso will defend his Intercontinental Title against Bron Breakker on next week’s episode of Raw.

Jey exacted his revenge on Breakker with an assault on Monday Night Raw during the latter’s match with Kofi Kingston. The scuffle led to the decision of their rematch for the Intercontinental Title next week.

The title fight will be a rematch from when Jey captured the title a few weeks ago. Jey Uso secured his first singles title by winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker.

The Bloodline 2.0 could cost Jey Uso the title to send a message

The threat of The Bloodline is imminent for Jey as they might interfere in helping Breakker win. The Bloodline might consider the recent interaction between Jey and Jimmy Uso where Jimmy tried to reconcile with his brother a threat.

Jimmy and Jey have not seen eye-to-eye for months after their fallout. Jimmy has told Reigns, they need the Yeet Master in their corner to take on The Bloodline. Jimmy tried to reconcile with Jey on the recent episode of Monday Night Raw.

The Bloodline might consider this interaction a threat to their dominance and decide to make a statement by costing Jey the IC title.

This could lead to The Bloodline which consists of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu interfering with the rematch. The interference could also be a perfect setup for the reunion of Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and Roman Reigns.

Besides the potential of Bloodline interference, Breakker may have had a dominant run since making it to the main roster. He is a physical specimen that Spears fellow stars into the ground.

Considering his dominant run the WWE might decide to make Breakker champion again. The win would also pave the way for future storylines.

On the other hand, Jey has earned his first singles title in his 14-year WWE career. He has done a great job and has emerged as a fan favorite in recent times. The WWE might allow him to carry the momentum and defeat Breakker a second time paving the way for interesting storylines.

However, this storyline might mess with the potential reunion of Jey with his brothers Jimmy and Roman to take on The Bloodline.
