The Stamford-based promotion’s history has seen the rise of female wrestlers who have solidified their place in the ring with every match. These athletes have amassed countless victories, reshaping the way women’s wrestling is viewed.
From the days of the Divas to the multiple championships and accolades these women have achieved it all. Today we will take at five such WWE stars with the most wins in the women’s division.
5. Naomi – 567 wins
Naomi has amassed a total of 567 wins in 882 fights in the Stamford-based promotion. She is one of the most underrated stars on the current roster despite her accolades.
She has a unique style and charisma, the former champion is known for her vibrant looks and high-flying moves. Her success goes beyond the number of victories; it also lies in the quality of her matches and the passion she brings to every performance.
In her career which spans over a decade, Naomi has won the Women’s World Championship twice and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship (with Sasha Banks) once. Although her first reign as the World Champion lasted a mere nine days, she shined in her second title reign which lasted 140 days.
4. Charlotte Flair – 597 wins
‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair has a total of 597 wins in 1079 matches since her debut in 2012. She has established herself as one of the most dominant as well as popular female stars in the promotion.
The Queen has won multiple titles in the promotion showcasing her dominance and solidifying her legacy. Flair has won the Women’s World Championship a whopping seven times, the Women’s Championship six times, the NXT Women’s Champion twice, and the Divas Championship once.
Flair has also won the Women’s Tag Team Champion (with Asuka) once during their tag team run in 2020-21. The Queen is currently out of action since December 2023 due to injury. She sustained severe injuries, tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus.

3. Becky Lynch – 639 wins
‘The Man’ Becky Lynch is in the top three of the list when it comes to most wins in the women’s division. Lynch is arguably one of the biggest stars of her generation and her accolades in the promotion is the proof of her greatness.
Out of 969 matches, Lynch has secured 639 victories which puts her in the third spot on this list. Apart from this she has also won multiple titles and has faced some of the toughest opponents in the promotion.
One of her most significant achievements came at WrestleMania 35, where she became the first woman to hold both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships simultaneously, marking a major milestone in her career and the industry.
She is a five-time Women’s World Champion and a two-time Women’s Champion. The Man has also held the NXT Women’s Championship and the Women’s Tag Team Championship (with Lita) once.
Lynch is currently a free-agent since her contract with the Stamford-based promotion expired in June. However, there are rumors of her comeback next year by the time Raw premieres on Netflix.
1. Natalya (tied) – 685 wins
Natalya is currently not very active in the promotion but she has left an edible mark on the women’s division during her reign. She has been a top-tier competition throughout her career which is remarkably long.
Natalya has fought a total of 1575 matches in the promotion and has 685 wins in those matches. Her technical skills and physical endurance have led to numerous achievements, including multiple championships.
The Canadian star has held the Women’s World Championship and the Divas Championship once in her career which spans sixteen years. She has also won the Women’s Tag Team Champion (with Tamina) once in 2021.
Her recent match on the main roster was during the Women’s World Title #1 Contendership Battle Royal on Monday Night Raw. Although the Canadian star is not being featured in major storylines she is still competing in the promotion which speaks volumes about her career longevity.
1. Bayley (tied) – 685 wins
The former multi-time champion, Bayley has recently tied Natalya with the most wins in WWE history. Bayley bagged the win in the opening match of the Women’s United States Championship Tournament.
In a total of 1023 matches, Bayley has 685 wins which puts her in the top spot alongside Natalya in this list. The former champion is a living-competing legend and she is currently in the semi-finals of the inaugural Women’s US title.
In a career that started in 2008, she joined the Stamford-based promotion in 2013 and kicked off one of the most legendary careers with memorable matches and feuds.
She has held the Women’s World title and the Women’s Championship title twice in her career, she has also held the Women’s Tag Team Championship (with Sasha Banks) title twice. During her early days, she also held the NXT Women’s Championship in a reign that lasted 223 days.
