WWE WrestleMania 40: Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits beat Final Testament in Philadelphia Street Fight

At WrestleMania 40, tensions reached boiling point as Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits found themselves locked in a bitter war against The Final Testament in a Six-Man Tag Team Philadelphia Street Fight. The animosity between both factions has been simmering for months, with Karrion Kross and his dark faction showing relentless hostility towards The Pride.

The seeds of this conflict were planted when Lashley eliminated Kross in a United States Championship No. 1 Contender Tournament back in December. However, the rivalry escalated dramatically when Kross, along with Scarlett and the returning Authors of Pain under the guidance of Paul Ellering, formed The Final Testament and launched a vicious assault on Lashley and The Street Profits at SmackDown: New Year’s Revolution.

The feud only intensified as Lashley and Kross found themselves eliminating each other in the 2024 Royal Rumble Match, further fueling the flames of animosity. The stakes were raised even higher when The Pride added B-Fab to their ranks, adding another layer of intensity to their battles against The Final Testament.

Recognizing that the volatile conflict had reached a tipping point, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis made the bold decision to settle the score in the most extreme manner possible – a Philadelphia Street Fight at WrestleMania. In the city of brotherly love, these two factions will collide in a no-holds-barred showdown where anything goes.

As the WWE Universe braced for the chaos and carnage that sure unfolded, one thing was certain: WrestleMania was to bear witness an epic clash between two formidable factions as they vie for supremacy on the grandest stage of them all.

Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits win against the Final Testament

For this match, Snoop Dogg is the first to make his entrance as the special guest commentator, but to everyone’s surprise, Bubba Ray Dudley made his return as the guest referee for the match. The Final Testament made their entry together, then came Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits.

The match started with Street Profits and Bobby Lashley taking control of the match but AOP and Karrion Kross were quick to turn it around and started trashing Lashley with a kendo stick. It wasn’t just Lashley, the Street Profits had the same fate as they got beat up.

But this fired up Lashley to retaliate, beating up Kross onto the chair. But Scarlett Bordeaux created some distraction again, getting control of the Final Testament into the match. The highlight of the match was Bubba Ray Dudley helping Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits as Bubba asks The Street Profits to get the table. Montez Ford sends Karrion Kross through the table as Babby Lashley pinned KArrion Kross to win the match.
