Drew McIntyre has the chance to win the World title in front of his home crowd

At WWE Clash at the Castle, Drew McIntyre and Piper Niven make their return to their native country. The Scottish stars hope to rise to the occasion as they compete for world championships in front of their friends and families on June 15.

McIntyre hopes to rectify a few wrongs at Clash at the Castle. Damian Priest stole McIntyre’s WrestleMania moment in April, cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase and ending McIntyre’s world heavyweight title run in five minutes and 46 seconds.

Looking back, McIntyre can make up for a terrible defeat in 2022. McIntyre performed fantastic against the then undisputed WWE universal champion Roman Reigns at the first Clash at the Castle event. It looked like McIntyre would pull off the shocker, but Solo Sikoa’s debut left him empty-handed. The vindictive Scot may undo it all by winning the crown in front of his home country.

Scotland is well-represented for Clash at the Castle. Piper Niven’s new cruel streak came at the price of WWE Women’s Champion Bayley. Niven, supported by Chelsea Green, and Bayley will settle the score in Scotland.
