WWE planned an interesting Fatal Four Way women’s tag match for Crown Jewel 2024
At WWE Crown Jewel 2024, the Women’s Tag Team Championships were fiercely contested in a high-stakes Fatal 4-Way match.
Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill faced off against three formidable teams: IYO SKY & Kairi Sane of Damage CTRL, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson from Meta-Four, and Chelsea Green & Piper Niven. The stakes were high as each team sought to seize the titles in front of an energetic Riyadh crowd.
The match began with Belair squaring off against IYO SKY, showcasing the champions’ chemistry. Belair’s raw power shone early, executing a delayed vertical suplex and a spinebuster that demonstrated her dominance.
Chelsea Green then blind-tagged in, joining the action, only to be met by Belair and Cargill’s impressive teamwork. Quickly, Meta-Four’s Jackson and Legend made their entrance, bringing their WWE NXT experience to the big stage.
The Meta-Four duo executed unique double-team moves, including Jackson’s splash from Legend’s shoulders, to gain brief control.
Damage CTRL took command when Kairi Sane tagged in, unleashing her high-flying, impactful style. Sane launched a diving clothesline on Jackson, then cleared the ring with her signature In-Sane Elbow, exciting the crowd.
Soon after, Piper Niven tagged herself in and demonstrated her power by bulldozing through SKY and later hitting Sane with a crushing sit-out powerbomb. Her dominating presence was felt by all the teams as she overpowered several competitors.
The match reached its peak intensity when the action spilt outside the ring. Kairi Sane and Iyo SKY launched themselves into a crowd of competitors, thrilling the fans with their aerial prowess.
Legend and Jackson also joined the fray, with Jakara Jackson leaping from Legend’s shoulders to the outside. In the chaos, Jade Cargill and Lash Legend traded heavy blows inside the ring, with Cargill stunning her opponent with a brutal superkick.
As the contest reached its closing moments, Chelsea Green attempted her Un-Pretty-Her finisher on Cargill, but the champion countered, setting the stage for a powerful finale.
Belair and Cargill isolated Niven, with Cargill lifting her onto her shoulders. Belair soared off the top rope, delivering an impactful Doomsday Device, pinning Niven and retaining the titles for her team.
