Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn had one hell of a match
One of the most personal and violent encounters in WWE history took place at Elimination Chamber 2025, as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn waged war in an Unsanctioned Match.
With the WWE logos blacked out and the presentation stripped down, this was far from a traditional WWE match it was a fight fueled by years of history and betrayal.
The bell rang, and the two immediately traded blows in a wild hockey fight. Sami Zayn briefly gained the upper hand but was soon overwhelmed as Owens took control with a senton splash.
The action quickly spilled to the outside, where Zayn introduced steel chairs and a hockey stick into the match, attacking Kevin Owens with brutal precision. Owens retaliated by sending Zayn into the steel ring post and even biting his forehead.
The brawl escalated into the crowd, where Zayn hit a breathtaking Blue Thunder Bomb variation through a table, sending drinks and popcorn flying. Owens fought back, utilizing the ring bell and trash can lid to inflict more damage. Back in the ring, Owens delivered a devastating cradle suplex through a chair, but Zayn miraculously kicked out. The brutality continued with barbed wire chairs, half-nelson suplexes, and even a fisherman’s buster off the ropes through a table.
As WWE officials pleaded with Owens to end the match, Zayn refused to quit. However, Owens took things to another level, wrapping a chair around Zayn’s head and driving him into the ring post. The vicious assault culminated in a devastating Apron Powerbomb, leaving Zayn motionless. Owens covered for the win, but his rage wasn’t satisfied.
Randy Orton returns to attack Kevin Owens
After the match, Owens attempted to inflict even more damage by exposing the concrete floor. Before he could execute his plan, Randy Orton made his shocking return! Orton charged the ring, seeking revenge for past betrayals, and delivered a thunderous RKO to Owens, stopping the attack and igniting a new chapter in this ongoing saga.
The match will undoubtedly go down as one of the most brutal encounters in WWE history, and with Orton back in the mix, the road to WrestleMania just got even more unpredictable.
