This week’s episode will be the Vengeance Day fall-out show

The 02/18 episode of WWE NXT is set to emanate from the Capitol Wrestling Center (WWE Performance Center) in Orlando, Florida. The episode will be the fallout show from the Vengeance Day PLE which concluded on Saturday, February 15 from the CareFirst Arena, Washington, DC.

Former AEW wrestler Ricky Starks will appear on this week’s episode of WWE NXT to sign a new contract in his new home. While there is no word on whether WWE will maintain his prior “Ricky Starks” identity from NXT, it has been revealed that he will appear on WWE television this Tuesday night.

Starks made his presence felt on last night’s WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2025, announcing that he will sign his NXT contract on Tuesday. For the second night, neither Starks nor WWE acknowledged him by name, fueling concern that his present name will be altered if there are any trademark duties.

Starks made his debut appearance on WWE NXT this week, standing in the audience and declaring that if NXT is the future of pro wrestling, they need the hottest free agent. Following months of absence from AEW programming, he was apparently released this week, and his WWE debut came shortly.

More announcements for the upcoming weekly event include a new battle to select NXT Women’s North American Stephanie Vaquer’s first opponent, with Jaida Parker locking horns against Karmen Petrovic and Kelani Jordan in a triple threat match.

Stephanie Vaquer won the WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship last night in the first match of the NXT Vengeance Day 2025 premium live event, defeating Fallon Henley. Vaquer, as predicted, had to beat Henley and her Fatal Influence stablemates, Jazmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne, before pinning him for the belt.

Furthermore, Sol Ruca and Zaria will face Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson in a tag team battle to solidify their new tag team formation. Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo will also face Shawn Spears, who, along with Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance, assaulted Tony D’Angelo following the latter’s successful championship defense against Ridge Holland.
