WWE NXT: Izzi Dame explains her actions; Women’s Iron Survivor Summit & more set for next week (December 2, 2025)

The 2025 edition of Gold Rush TV Special concluded this week.

The November 25 episode of WWE NXT concluded the 2025 edition of NXT Gold Rush. The TV Special made its return as a two-week special event on November 18 and 25, 2025, taking place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The special was co-produced by WWE, TNA Wrestling, and Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), and featured stars from NXT, Evolve, TNA, and AAA.

In the first match of the show, Jackson Drake defeated Sean Legacy to retain the WWE Evolve Championship. On the other hand, Fallon Henley defeated Zaria in the Tournament final to capture the vacant WWE Women’s Speed Championship.

Additionally, Lei Ying Lee defeated Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace to win the TNA Knockouts title, while Kendal Grey defeated Laney Reid to retain the Evolve Women’s Championship. In the main event of the show, Myles Borne defeated Trick Williams in the Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifying match.

With the win, Borne qualified for the Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline. After the match, Darkstate appeared in the crowd and made their way to the ring. Je’Von Evans, Leon Slater, and Joe Hendry then entered the ring to back up Myles, and the two groups stared each other down to close the show.

Izzi Dame will explain the betrayal at Gold Rush week one

WWE has announced a Women’s Iron Survivor Summit for next week’s NXT. During this week’s show, it was revealed that the participants in the Women’s Iron Survivor match will come together in the ring before NXT Deadline.

John Cena has announced that the participants in the said match, Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, Jordynne Grace, and Kendal Grey are set to compete in the Iron Survivor match.

Furthermore, an appearance by Izzi Dame is set for next week. Dame will reveal why she and The Culling (Shawn Spears & Niko Vance) betrayed Tatum Paxley during the first week of NXT Gold Rush and cost her the NXT Women’s title.

The betrayal helped Jacy Jayne, who capitalized and pinned Paxley to capture the title. The show will also feature a singles bout between Tavion Heights and Josh Briggs.
