The Dark State will be in action on this week’s show!
As the NXT Stand & Deliver 2025 inches closer, storylines and feuds are taking shape, in the buildup, the promotion delivered the 04/01 episode of WWE NXT which emanated from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer vacated the NXT Women’s North American Championship in the opening moments of the show and a six-woman ladder match was set for Stand & Deliver to determine the new champion.
The announcement included a warning from the former champion, as Vaquer revealed that she would be selecting the challenger for her NXT Women’s Championship at Stand & Deliver. Zaria and Kelani Jordan qualified in the first two matches for the Women’s North American title on the April 01 show.
The show also featured a tag team clash where, Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) battled the No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Tavion Heights). The No Quarter Catch Crew emerged victorious after landing the F-5/DDT combination on Ledger.
During the 04/01 show, the promotion announced multiple matches for the next week’s show, which will emanate from the Performance Centre in Orlando.
Matches & segments confirmed for 04/08 WWE NXT
- Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans & Trick Williams vs The Dark State
- Jordynne Grace vs Jaida Parker
- Wes Lee vs Yoshiki Inamura
Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans & Trick Williams vs The Dark State
This week’s episode of NXT will feature an intense six-man tag team match. Three members of the Darkstate stable will make their ring debut. They do so against the three men who competed in the NXT Championship contest at Stand and Deliver.
Oba Femi, Trick Williams, and Je’Von Evans must find a way to coexist if they are to defeat Darkstate. The stable has already made it plain that they intend to provoke disruption and anarchy. Expect much of that when the two teams meet on April 8.
Jordynne Grace vs Jaida Parker
Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker had been at it for a few weeks. The two will ultimately face off in a formal bout on the April 8 episode of NXT.
Stephanie Vaquer, the current NXT Women’s Champion, will undoubtedly be monitoring the action intently. After all, her Stand & Deliver rival might emerge from that contest. Or there might be a significant swerve.
Furthermore, Wes Lee and Yoshiki Inamura are also set to lock horns in a singles match inside the squared ring.
