WWE NXT (June 9, 2026): Preview, match card, news, timings & telecast details

The road to The Great American Bash kicks off tonight.
Last week, WWE NXT announced that The Great American Bash 2026 will take place on June 28. Tonight’s episode from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, will begin the road to the PLE, featuring a lineup with major championship implications.
After weeks of attack, Zaria finally got the title shot she wanted. She will take on the reigning NXT Women’s North American Champion, Tatum Paxley, as she looks to capture her first title in the promotion.
On the other hand, Kendal Grey will battle Kelani Jordan in a number-one-contenders match to determine the next challenger for the NXT Women’s title, which is currently held by Lola Vice. Meanwhile, Naraku will take on Mason Rook in a number one contender’s match, with the winner earning a shot at the NXT title against the reigning Champion at The Great American Bash.
Furthermore, Tristan Angels and Shiloh Hill will compete in the Mr. NXT Pageant tonight. NXT General Manager Robert Stone has also announced a star-studded judging panel featuring reigning Evovle Champion Aaron Rourke, SmackDown Superstar Kit Wilson, and comedian Matt Matthews.
Additionally, Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) will battle the team of Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar in a tag team match.
