Grayson Waller (c) vs CM Punk – NXT Championship
CM Punk will return to an NXT ring for the first time in more than 16 years when he challenges Grayson Waller for the NXT Championship. The match was announced after Waller successfully defended his title against Tony D’Angelo at Halloween Havoc.
Waller retained the championship through controversial means, using a crowbar while the referee was down before finishing D’Angelo with his Rolling Stunner. After the match, Danhausen introduced a video message from Punk, who challenged the champion for November 4.
John Cena to appear on WWE NXT
John Cena is set to appear on the special Wednesday edition of NXT following his appearance on Monday Night Raw. His presence adds further star power to an already stacked show, although WWE has not announced the details of his segment.
Cena’s appearance also comes as the company continues to build interest in the inaugural John Cena Classic. Fans will be watching to see whether he makes any further announcements or interacts with the NXT roster.
Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno vs Hank and Tank – Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Final
The 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic will conclude with Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno facing Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. Both teams have navigated a competitive tournament to reach the final.
Dar and Moreno advanced after defeating several established teams, including Fraxiom and The Vanity Project. Hank and Tank, meanwhile, earned their place by overcoming strong opposition, including The Creed Brothers and the Wagner Brothers.
Cody Rhodes will be present to award the trophy to the winning team, adding significance to the tournament’s conclusion.
Chad Gable, Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee vs The Vanity Project
Another list of WWE stars to participate on NXT will include Chad Gable, Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee to face The Vanity Project in a six-man tag team match. Jackson Drake, Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes will represent the NXT faction.
The Vanity Project will bring championship credentials into the contest, with Drake holding the North American Championship and Baylor and Smokes reigning as NXT Tag Team Champions. Their opponents, however, bring considerable experience and athleticism, setting up an exciting matchup.
Kelani Jordan (c) vs Mystery Opponent – NXT Women’s Championship
Kelani Jordan will put her NXT Women’s Championship on the line against a mystery opponent. The announcement came after her successful title defence against Wren Sinclair at Halloween Havoc.
NXT General Manager Robert Stone informed Jordan that she would have to defend her championship on the November 4 episode. However, the identity of her challenger remains undisclosed, making this one of the night’s intriguing matchups. Jordan will look to continue her title reign, but the mystery opponent could provide an unexpected challenge.
Cruz Montana vs Dion Lennox – Unsanctioned Match
Cruz Montana and Dion Lennox will settle their differences in an unsanctioned match. The contest was announced at Halloween Havoc and will feature UFC star Michael Chandler as the special guest referee.
With no official championship implications, the two competitors will have an opportunity to settle their rivalry in a match where the usual rules will not apply. Chandler’s involvement adds an extra attraction to the contest.
