Jackson Drake (c) vs E.K. Prosper – NXT North American Championship
Jackson Drake will defend the NXT North American Championship against E.K. Prosper after the match was arranged by NXT General Manager Robert Stone. Prosper was originally scheduled to compete alongside Mini Vikingo and Chazz “Starboy” Hall against The Vanity Project, but Mini Vikingo was not medically cleared.
Stone subsequently informed Drake that he would instead defend his title against Prosper. Prosper previously challenged Grayson Waller for the NXT Championship, and this opportunity gives him another chance to capture his first singles title in NXT.
The Vanity Project vs Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno – Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic semifinal
The Vanity Project’s Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes will face Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno for a place in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic final at Halloween Havoc. Baylor and Smokes are already the NXT Tag Team Champions, making their tournament run particularly significant. Dar and Moreno have already demonstrated their ability to upset established teams, having eliminated Fraxiom earlier in the competition.
Both teams will need strong teamwork and precise execution to advance. A victory for Dar and Moreno would put them one step away from a major tournament triumph, while The Vanity Project will aim to prove their dominance in the tag team division.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger vs The Wagner Brothers – Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic semifinal
Hank and Tank will take on the Wagner Brothers in the other semifinal. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger earned their place by defeating The Creed Brothers on the October 20 episode, while Galeno and El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. advanced after defeating BirthRight’s Lexis King and Charlie Dempsey.
The Wagner Brothers bring a powerful combination of size and experience, but Hank and Tank have developed strong chemistry as a team. With a place in the final at stake, both duos will be looking to deliver a statement victory before Halloween Havoc.
Lizzy Rain vs Chantel Monroe
Chantel Monroe is set to make her official NXT in-ring debut against Lizzy Rain. Monroe attracted attention during the October 20 episode while approaching wrestlers backstage and promoting herself. Her confidence eventually led to a confrontation with Rain, who challenged her to compete in the ring. Rain brings more wrestling experience, having competed outside WWE since 2021, while Monroe has an athletic background that includes gymnastics.
The match will offer Monroe an opportunity to demonstrate how her athleticism translates to professional wrestling and give Rain a chance to spoil her debut.
Saquon Shugars vs Sean Legacy
Saquon Shugars will face Sean Legacy on the October 27 episode of WWE NXT. Shugars, a member of DarkState, has been involved in the faction’s ongoing battles in the tag team division. Legacy, meanwhile, has been pursuing the NXT Tag Team Championship alongside Dorian Van Dux. The singles match offers both rising stars an opportunity to build momentum and strengthen their positions in NXT.
